Endesti Melyanti has over seven years of experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Executive at YKK AP INDONESIA, PT since December 2016, previously holding the role of Human Resources Jr. Supervisor. Prior to this, Endesti worked as a Human Resources Executive at Gandum Mas Kencana PT for a short period as a temporary replacement and began the career as a Payroll Specialist at Neovis Indonesia PT from August 2014 to March 2016. Endesti Melyanti earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management from Perguruan Tinggi Raharja Tangerang, graduating in February 2016 with a GPA of 3.36.
