Faria Ayoubi

Faria Ayoubi has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Faria began their career as a Human Resources Administrator at The Perfume Shop in 2013 before moving on to work as a Human Resources Assistant at the BBC in 2014. Faria then joined KPMG UK in 2015, where they initially served as a Human Resources Advisor before being promoted to Senior Human Resources Advisor. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of HR Manager at Dawood and Tanner Specialist Dental Practice, where they worked until 2021. Currently, Faria is employed at Ptarmigan Media, where they hold the position of HR Manager. In 2023, they were further promoted to Head of People.

Faria Ayoubi pursued their education at the University of Westminster, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from 2009 to 2013. Faria furthered their education at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from 2014 to 2016.
