Yuvraj Kadam

Yuvraj Kadam has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as the General Manager of Operations at PTC Industries Limited since November 2024. Previously, Yuvraj held the position of Plant Manager at IBCC Industries India Pvt Ltd from April 2019 to November 2024, managing plant operations and annual budgeting. Prior to that, Yuvraj worked as a Program Manager, overseeing various aspects of project management, fund management, and team building. Yuvraj's career also includes roles as General Manager of Operations at Investment Casting and Duflon, where responsibilities encompassed plant management, quality assurance, and business development. With a strong foundation in quality control and production management, Yuvraj has developed a diverse skill set exceeding 60 competencies across multiple positions.
