Noam Farago

Noam Farago is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Management and Organizational Development at PTC Therapeutics, Inc. since October 2019. Prior to this role, Noam held multiple positions at Amdocs, including HR and OD Partner, where responsibilities included providing HR support to employees across the Americas and addressing organizational development challenges. Noam's earlier experience includes consulting at Ketchum Change and various internships within notable organizations such as NBC Universal and Universal Music Group. Noam holds a Master's degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communication from the University of Haifa.
