Carla Deras

Carla Deras, MSc., currently serves as the Business Strategy and Operations Director for the PLM division at PTC, where responsibilities include shaping strategic direction and managing cross-functional processes. Previously, Carla held roles such as Senior Technical Presales Engineer and Customer Health Manager, focusing on customer health strategies through digital transformation, and Application Engineer and IoT/AR Education Developer, where curriculum development was a key focus. Early career experiences include positions as Graduate Student Assistant and Student Government leader at Florida Institute of Technology, as well as Components Chief Assistant at Aeroman. Carla holds a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering, both from Florida Institute of Technology.
