Ibrahim Fakhoury

Ibrahim Fakhoury is an experienced technical communication professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Writing at PTC since 2004, Ibrahim fosters innovation within the team, leveraging analytics to enhance documentation and user engagement. Previous roles at PTC include Documentation Manager, where cross-departmental analytics systems were established, and Documentation Group Leader, managing a team of writers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ibrahim began a career in technical writing as a Freelance Technical Writer at KLA and contributed to user documentation and marketing materials at Alpha Omega. Ibrahim holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Haifa, a degree in Web Development from Centennial College, and a BA in English with a focus on Communications from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
