James Klink

James Klink is an accomplished IoT Connectivity Solutions Architect and Fellow at PTC since August 2014, following the company's acquisition of Axeda Corporation. Klink's expertise lies in developing customer solutions for the Internet of Things, enabling remote connectivity, monitoring, and updates for OEM equipment. Prior to PTC, Klink served as a Professional Services Solution Architect at Axeda Corporation from 1998, leading IoT connectivity teams and guiding project development and training. Earlier roles include Principal Software Engineer at Waters, focusing on ISO-9001 development for Millennium32 software, and Staff Software Engineer at Keithley Metrabyte, overseeing all phases of software development for data acquisition drivers. Klink holds a Bachelor of Arts in Math/Computer Science from Gordon College.
