Kim Singer

Kim Singer is a seasoned professional in software operations and customer support, currently serving as the Senior Director of Software Operations & Support at PTC since 2012. In this role, Kim is responsible for driving process and service ownership within the organization. Prior experience includes positions as Director of Technical Support at PTC, where oversight of technical support delivery for the global SLM install base and North American CAD solutions was a focus. Additional roles include Director of Customer Support at Servigistics and Click Commerce, as well as managerial positions at Xelus and LPA Software. Kim's career commenced at Manning & Napier Information Services, where management of customer support was an early responsibility.
