Lauren Bysiewicz serves as the Director, HR Business Partner at PTC, leading HR initiatives for the Finance, Legal, and IT functions since April 2021. Previously, Lauren held various consulting and strategic roles at Dell Technologies from November 2014 to April 2021, including leading executive talent planning and organizational design for the Services & Digital business, and launching the Diversity & Inclusion PMO. Lauren's career also includes significant experience at State Street, where responsibilities involved managing HR initiatives, transformation projects, and serving as an HR Business Partner. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Spanish from Tulane University and has pursued additional education at multiple institutions.
