Leonardo Bassin

Leonardo Bassin is an experienced professional in engineering and digital product lifecycle management (PLM), currently serving as a Principal Architect for Windchill + at PTC since April 2024, focusing on facilitating the transition to SaaS for partners and customers. Previously, Leonardo held various leadership roles at AGCO Corporation from February 2008 to April 2024, including Digital PLM Lead, where engagement with a team of 15 was pivotal in promoting a unified PLM tool across global sites. Additional roles included Engineering Global Business Process Lead and Engineering Specialist, managing global engineering processes using Windchill and integrations with ERP systems. Earlier career experiences include positions as a software developer and programmer in both academic and automotive industries. Leonardo holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology from Unisinos and a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul.
