Philip Cognetta Jr.

Philip Cognetta Jr. occupies the role of Senior Vice President of Information Technology at PTC since January 2016, where responsibilities have included serving as Interim CIO and leading Global IT initiatives. As Managing Partner and Founder of CogNexSys LLC since March 2015, Philip Cognetta Jr. provides business technology consulting services aimed at facilitating growth and profitability for clients. Previously, Philip Cognetta Jr. was Vice President of Enterprise Applications at American Tower from April 2010 to March 2015, overseeing global application development and support, and led the rollout of the Oracle eBusiness ERP Suite in India. Philip Cognetta Jr. has extensive experience from earlier roles at Iron Mountain, DRI/McGraw-Hill, and Raytheon Technologies, with a strong foundation in software delivery management and enterprise applications, supported by a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Computer Science from Providence College.
