Sonya Hanson

Sonya Hanson is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at PTC, a position held since March 2021, where involvement includes the integration of ServiceMax post-acquisition in January 2023 and the development of a Global People Strategy. Prior to PTC, Sonya served as Vice President of Talent at ForeScout Technologies Inc. from September 2015 to March 2021, focusing on scaling the organization in preparation for an IPO while promoting a diverse workforce. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Director of HR Operations, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition at Blue Coat Systems and as Talent Acquisition Manager at Synopsys, Inc. Sonya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with double majors in Business Administration and Management, and Exercise Science from Concordia College, as well as a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology/Cardiac Rehabilitation from SCSU.
