Kathleen Cullen

Kathleen Cullen, CRME, has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry. Kathleen is currently the Senior Vice President at PTG Consulting, where they provide business and organizational solutions for independent hotels. In their role, they lead strategic partnerships and advises hotel owners, senior operators, and key leaders.

Prior to their current position, Kathleen held various senior leadership roles. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Senior Vice President of Commercial Strategy & Revenue at Two Roads Hospitality, where they played a pivotal role in integrating commercial organizations and disciplines after a merger. Kathleen led the creation of a holistic companywide approach and developed a state-of-the-art organization.

Before Two Roads Hospitality, Kathleen was the Senior Vice President of Revenue & Distribution at Commune Hotels + Resorts from 2012 to 2016. Kathleen was responsible for overall commercial strategies and played a crucial role in combining two brands and their associated technology platforms and revenue organizations.

Additionally, Kathleen served as the Vice President of Revenue Strategies at Heritage Hotels & Resorts from 2010 to 2012. During their tenure, they drove company revenue growth by 22 percent.

In 2004, Kathleen co-founded and led inspire resources, a boutique consulting company specializing in revenue management, distribution, technology, and training for the hospitality industry.

Kathleen Cullen, CRME attended Fitchburg State University from 1987 to 1991, earning a Bachelor of Science degree. Kathleen later pursued E-Business Strategy at the University of Chicago. In 2006, Kathleen obtained the Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) certification from HSMAI. Additionally, they obtained a Hotel Yield Management Certification from Horand Vogel and Associates at an undisclosed time.
