Andrew Jungklaus has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2000 when they were a Sergeant (E-5) in the US Army. In 2004, they became the Community Manager and Website Administrator for Servants of the Shrub, where they developed a website solution using Drupal 6, phpBB 3, Gallery 2, and MediaWiki integrated to work together as one CMS. In 2006, they became the VP of Web Development for Archon Networks LLC. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Security Police Officer for Wackenhut and a Transportation Security Officer for TSA. In 2019, they began working as a Senior Software Engineer for R2integrated, developing and implementing custom solutions for external customers using Drupal and agile methodology. Andrew also worked as a Freelance Drupal Developer for Freelance Web Development, providing backend support for news.delta.com redesign and D8 upgrade. Finally, from 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Drupal Developer for WebFirst and PTG International, Inc.

Andrew Jungklaus obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in 2012, an Associate's Degree in General Sciences from Lone Star College in 2010, a 31R from the US Army Signal School in 2002, and Basic Security Police Officer Training from the Department of Energy National Training Center. Andrew also holds certifications from Acquia (Acquia Certified Developer - Drupal 8, obtained in August 2019), Microsoft (MOS Access 2010, obtained in April 2012), and W3Schools.com (HTML/CSS, obtained in March 2006).
