Marlena Rybacha

Marlena Rybacha is a seasoned professional in personal training and hockey, currently serving as a Certified Personal Trainer at PTI since September 2021 and as the Owner of MR Performance since August 2015, where expertise includes personal training, sports nutrition advice, and hockey performance enhancement. Marlena has been a key player as Captain of the Polish Women's National Team since 2004 and has held professional hockey positions with HC Oranje-Rood and HC Tilburg. Additionally, Marlena has extensive experience in coaching and training youth hockey players, having worked with various organizations such as MB Hockey School and MHC Bommelewaard. An Adidas-sponsored athlete since April 2014, Marlena holds a Master's degree in Physical Education-Sport from Akademia Wychowania Fizycznego in Poznań.
