Makhlouf Djefel

Makhlouf Djefel is a seasoned Senior Operations Geologist currently employed at PTTEP since August 2020, with a prior role at Petroceltic International PLC from December 2019 to April 2020 as a Senior Wellsite Geologist. Experience includes positions at OilSERV and Dragon Oil, where responsibilities focused on wellsite geology. Djefel has a strong background with supervision and coordination of wellsite operations, including formation evaluation. Additional experience encompasses a tenure at JV Gas, involving oversight of geological activities, and an early career with Geoservices, concentrating on data engineering and mudlogging. Djefel holds an Engineer’s degree in petroleum geology from INH Boumerdes, completed in 2005, and attended INMC Boumerdes from 1997 to 1999.
