Chanthiga Boontie

Chanthiga Boontie is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations and human resource management. Currently serving as a Senior HR-Employee Relations at GC since May 2016, Chanthiga has successfully organized initiatives to foster positive employee engagement and has ensured compliance with labor laws through policy review and analysis. Prior to this role, Chanthiga held HR positions at BANPU Public Company Limited and King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies and managing comprehensive human resources functions. Chanthiga's career began at Bumrungrad International, where coordination of executive feedback and recruitment activities were key duties. Educationally, Chanthiga holds an MBA in Human Resources and Organization Management from Thammasat University.
