Tas Pojanavaraphan

Tas Pojanavaraphan is an experienced executive currently serving as CVC Director at PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited, a position held since June 2017. In this role, Tas leads the deal team, champions approvals, and supports entrepreneurs while fostering strategic engagement between portfolios and business units. Prior to this, Tas worked as a Senior Analyst in External Innovation, focusing on partnerships that facilitate tech-transfer and the internal innovation pipeline. Having previously spent over six years as a Senior Research Scientist at PTT Company Limited, Tas specialized in project, intellectual property, and technology management, aligning R&D activities with business strategy and customer needs. Tas holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Science and Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, as well as a second Ph.D. in Polymer Science from The Petroleum and Petrochemical College and a Bachelor’s degree in Polymer and Textile Technology from Chulalongkorn University.
