Martin Glancy

Martin Glancy has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Ladbrokes, followed by a similar role at Paddy Power from 2007 to 2009. Martin then served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Gala Coral Group from 2009 to 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as an Interim HR Business Partner at thetrainline.com. After that, they were an Interim HR Project Manager at The Forestry Commission from 2012 to 2013. Martin then joined Trax Technologies as an HR Manager EMEA from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they held interim HR roles at Farne Salmon & Trout Ltd and Finsbury Food Group. In 2016 and 2017, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner and Resourcing & Relations Manager at Teleperformance. Their most recent roles include Head of HR Europe, Regional Human Resources Director, and Interim VP Human Resources at PTW starting in 2017.

Martin Glancy attended Edinburgh Napier University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons degree in Commerce. Martin later pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Heriot-Watt University from 1993 to 1994.
