Avv. Michele Gorga

Avv. Michele Gorga has extensive experience in the legal field, serving as the owner of Studio Legale Gorga since January 2005 and holding the position of Avvocato Cassazionista. Additionally, Gorga has been a Judge at the Corte di Appello di Roma since July 2015, appointed by the Consiglio Superiore della Magistratura. Gorga also leads the working group UNI/UNINFO, focusing on non-regulated professional activities related to Information Communication Technology and privacy. As an administrator at the Agenzia per l'Italia Digitale, Gorga contributed as a legal member of the SPID accreditation commission.
