Matt McWilliams has extensive experience in broadcast operations, currently holding the title of Broadcast Operations Manager at WABE. Prior to this role, Matt served as a Manager - Live Operations at Encompass Digital Media, Inc. Their responsibilities included overseeing a team of Live Master Control Operators for high-profile sports broadcasts. Matt also worked as a Live Master Control Operator and Master Control Operator, operating live sports events and conducting pre-event transmission checks. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism, Film and Video, and Journalism from Georgia State University.
