Anne Perrault

Anne Perrault is a seasoned professional specializing in climate finance policy and human rights, currently serving as Senior Climate Finance Policy Counsel at Public Citizen since September 2021. With an extensive background in development finance, Anne has been involved with the United Nations since 2015, addressing community grievances regarding compliance with environmental standards. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Fellow at the Georgetown Climate Center from September 2019 to October 2021 and as Senior Attorney at the Center for International Environmental Law from 1999 to 2012, where Anne directed initiatives focused on international financial institutions and biodiversity. Anne holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Economic and Business Law from Georgetown University Law Center.
