Elyse Schupak

Elyse Schupak is a seasoned policy advocate specializing in climate and financial regulation, currently serving as a Climate and Financial Regulation Policy Advocate at Public Citizen since April 2024. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at Ceres, Inc., where Elyse supported sustainability initiatives in federal procurement. As a Legislative Assistant for Congressman Mondaire Jones, significant contributions included drafting legislation on economic and climate policy and advising on committee strategies. Elyse also directed the field program for Mondaire for Congress, leading a team of organizers and volunteers in a successful campaign. A former Coro Fellow in Public Affairs, Elyse holds an MSc in International Political Economy from The London School of Economics and a BBA in Finance from Emory University. Previous experience includes roles at BlackRock and J.P. Morgan Asset Management, focusing on asset allocation and multi-asset solutions.
