Kaden Ouimet

Kaden Ouimet is an experienced political organizer and activist with a focus on democracy and voting rights. Currently serving as a Student Organizer for Public Citizen, Kaden advocates for election officials' safety and raises awareness about the cybersecurity risks associated with electronic ballot return. As President of the Board of Directors for Task Force for Democracy, Kaden has established strategic objectives for the organization and co-founded both Task Force for Democracy and Gen Z for DC, aimed at mobilizing youth participation in democratic processes. Kaden has held various roles, including a Voting Rights Fellow and Campus Democracy Fellow, where efforts included mobilizing young voters and ensuring access to voting rights information across campuses. Kaden is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government at American University, complementing a background that includes significant engagement in progressive campaigns and advocacy initiatives.
