Candace Phinney

Candace Phinney's work experience includes serving as the Director of Operations at Public Consulting Group since December 2017. Prior to that, they worked at Focused Management Solutions, where they held the roles of Executive Vice President from August 2013 to November 2017 and Chief Quality Officer from April 2000 to August 2013. Candace also held the position of Quality Assurance Manager at Florida Institute for Workforce Innovation, Inc. from November 1996 to March 2000.

Candace Phinney attended the University of Connecticut and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Candace also attended Norwich Free Academy. In 2021, they received the EPIC Award for Entrepreneurial Spirit from the Public Consulting Group.
