Joshua Smith

Joshua Smith has extensive experience in software development and engineering. Joshua began their career as a Software Developer at AMSplus in 2006 and later worked at Rampid Interactive in the same role. In 2008, they joined Professional Software Engineering as a Software Developer and stayed there until 2013. During this time, they gained experience in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL Server, and VB.

In 2010, Joshua worked as a Technical Director at Broadside Technology Group for a brief period. Joshua then moved on to LogixHealth in 2013, where they served as a Senior Software Developer. At LogixHealth, they led a team in stabilizing and enhancing a legacy medical coding application, significantly improving its scalability and functionality. Technologies used during this role included HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL Server, and TFS.

Joshua joined Eaton Vance in 2015 as a Senior Web Developer. During their tenure, they were responsible for maintaining 53 websites, including 7 global sites. Joshua built the cloud-based infrastructure for these sites and developed a fully functioning automation engine for testing major functionalities. Joshua utilized HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, SQL Server, Oracle, and Node in this role.

Most recently, Joshua joined Public Consulting Group in 2017 as the Director of Software Engineering Services.

Joshua Smith attended Franklin Pierce University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained degrees in Computer Science and Information Technology. Joshua also holds a certification in Strategic Transformation in Times of Disruption from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, obtained in 2022.
