Joe Silverman is a digital and design leader with over 10 years of experience in delivering user-centred services and leading multi-disciplinary teams across the UK and Scotland. They have held positions at organisations such as Teach First, the Department for Education, and the Scottish Government, focusing on social impact and public service design. Currently, Joe serves as the Director at Public Digital, after recently concluding their role as Service Owner for the Social Security Programme. With a strong educational background, including a PGCE from UCL and a first-class MA from the University of Edinburgh, Joe is passionate about urban design and social justice.
