Thales Exoo

Thales Exoo has been working in the software engineering and development industry since 1999. Thales began their career as a Web Application Developer at Tribune Company, followed by a Software Engineer role at AOL Music Now. From 2001 to 2008, they were self-employed as a Freelance Web Developer, specializing in web application development in Ruby on Rails and PHP with a focus on user-generated content and social media. Thales also worked as a Writer for Ask Chicagoist at Chicagoist from 2006 to 2008. In 2007, they were a Software Engineer Consultant for Universal Music Group, and in 2008, they were a Senior Software Engineer at TotalMusic, LLC, working on a Ruby on Rails development team to create a robust set of RESTful APIs. From 2009 to 2012, they were a Software Development Contractor at Sony Music Entertainment, where they worked on Ariama, an e-commerce destination for classical music fans. Finally, from 2017 to present, they have been a Senior Software Engineer at Public Good Software, Inc.

Thales Exoo obtained a Master of Science in Computer Science from DePaul University in 2005 and a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of New Mexico in 1997.
