They have worked for companies such as Resy, Martha's Vineyard Smokehouse, Woodlands Maple, Bien Cuit LLC, Sea to Table, Slow Food USA, MongoDB, Purch, Interview Magazine, and Central Business Solutions, Inc. They have also studied at Quinnipiac University, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Baruch College, Cornell University, Northeast Forestry University, and Rutgers University.
