Paula Sams

Paula Sams, CPA, CGA, CD, is a Finance Manager at the Public Health Agency of Canada, where Paula has been working since February 2020. Prior to this role, Paula worked as a Finance Manager at Public Services and Procurement Canada since October 2017. With experience at the Department of National Defence from 2010-2017 as a Financial Accounting Manager, Paula specializes in accounting for accrual budgeting operations, capital asset valuations, and inventory valuations. Paula holds a Bachelor's degree in Honours Economics and Commerce from the Royal Military College of Canada/Collège militaire royal du Canada.
