Tracy Clare has extensive experience in public health and emergency management, currently serving as a Training and Planning Specialist at Public Health Dayton & Montgomery County since July 2010. Prior to this role, Tracy worked as an Operations Officer at the Montgomery County Office of Emergency Management from August 2003 to July 2010, contributing valuable expertise in operational planning and coordination within emergency services.
