Deepak Monga has extensive work experience in various roles within the healthcare sector. From December 2014 to the present day, they have been employed at the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI), starting as a Senior Program Coordinator and later progressing to the positions of Program Manager and Senior Program Manager. Prior to this, from January 2014 to November 2014, they worked as a Senior Consultant at the Academy of Hospital Administration. Additionally, from February 2009 to December 2013, they served as a Consultant at IGNOU.

Deepak Monga began their education in 1999 at Maulana Azad Medical College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree. Deepak completed this degree in 2004. In 2012, they enrolled at Indira Gandhi National Open University, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and a Diploma in Management, both of which were completed in 2013. In the same year, they also earned a Certificate in Hospital Management from the National Institute of Health and Family Welfare (NIHFW).
