Dr Alka Singh

Dr Alka Singh is a Research Associate at the Public Health Foundation of India, currently working on assessing the relative efficiency of COVID-19 vaccines granted Emergency Use Authorisation in India. Dr Alka previously held roles as a Research Consultant on projects with WHO India and WHO SEARO, focusing on health equity profiles and COVID-19 response analysis. Prior to their research roles, Dr Alka worked as a Placement Coordinator at the Indian Institutes of Public Health and gained experience as a dentist at various clinics and a lecturer at a dental college. Dr Singh holds a Master of Public Health degree from IIPHs and a BDS in Dentistry from BBD University.
