Joy Ghosh

Joy Ghosh has vast work experience in various companies and roles. They started their career in 1988 as a Marketing Executive and Head of Marketing Planning Cell at Asian Paints India Ltd. In 1992, they joined ANZ Grindlays Bank as a Product Development Manager for Credit Cards, where they successfully launched the ANZ Grindlays Gold Card and implemented direct marketing campaigns. From 1998 to 2001, Joy worked as the General Manager of Marketing at Escotel Mobile Communication Ltd, where they played a key role in establishing and leading the prepaid sales and marketing division.

In 2002, Joy became the Vice-President of Sales & Marketing at JobsAhead.com and achieved significant sales growth within a short span of time. They introduced innovative initiatives in product development, sales systems, and organizational structure, which resulted in industry-standard practices. At Infosys BPO, where Joy worked as the AVP of Operations from 2007 to 2008, they contributed to making the engagement the largest in terms of revenue and profitability. They also led transformation initiatives and opened new service centers, expanding the business significantly.

From 2008 to 2009, Joy served as the Business Head of the HR Services Division at Glodyne Technoserve Ltd. In this role, they contributed to the division's growth and success. Later, from 2010 to 2013, Joy held the position of CEO and Managing Director at Reditus Amplio Consulting. They focused on building competitive advantage and creating innovative growth strategies based on their 5 Disciplines Framework.

Most recently, Joy has been working as the Project Director at the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) since 2014.

Joy Ghosh completed their Secondary (Class X) education at South Point High School from 1969 to 1979. Joy then pursued a Higher Secondary education in Science at St. Xavier's College from 1979 to 1981. Following this, Joy Ghosh attended Jadavpur University from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree in the field of Electrical Engineering. Lastly, they attended the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta from 1986 to 1988, earning an MBA degree with a focus on Marketing and Finance.
