Neena B.

Neena B. has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Neena started their career as an Accounts Officer at Shagun Buildwell Ltd in 1995 and worked there until 2005. Neena then joined Bharat Export Overseas as a Senior Accountant, where they handled responsibilities such as compiling data for finalizing accounts and monitoring cash flow. In 2006, they moved to Soorya Heighcon Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager of Accounts. Neena then worked at C&C Constructions Ltd as a Deputy Manager-Taxation/Accounts, where they managed team operations, handled taxation and legal matters, and supervised financial operations.

Neena joined The Rockland Group, Inc. (now Medios) in 2014, serving as the Head of Finance for their Manesar unit. Neena then moved to Moksha Designs Pvt Ltd in 2015, where they held the position of Head of Finance. In 2018, Neena joined the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) as a Senior Manager of Finance. During their time there, they managed various financial aspects, grants, budgeting, cash flow, project closing, and statutory compliance. Neena also dealt with a team size of 60 and reported to the VP of Finance and Director of Projects. Neena's last role at PHFI was Senior Manager of Project Finance.
