Aurielle Smith

Aurielle Smith is an experienced public health professional currently serving as the Director of Policy, Planning and Evaluation at Public Health Madison and Dane County since March 2020. Prior roles include Supervisor of Violence, Injury Prevention, Systems Integration, and Adolescent Health at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services from October 2018 to November 2019, and Adult Trauma Prevention Coordinator at University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics between July 2017 and December 2018. Smith also worked as a Public Health Educator II at Erie County Department of Health from February 2014 to June 2017 and held an internship at Connolly, LLC focused on medical chart review. Earlier experience includes working as camp staff at the YMCA from June 2006 to August 2013. Smith holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the American Public University System (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Science in Health Services from Gannon University (2010-2014).
