Scott Briggs is currently serving as the Administrative Supervisor for the City of Madison Parking Division since July 2022 and has also been a Site Investigator for Covid Response with Public Health Madison and Dane County since October 2020. Prior to these roles, Scott held various positions, including Shift Supervisor at Willy Street Co-op, and Researcher at Briggs & Co Sass Factory. Scott's earlier experience includes working as a Customer Project Manager at Midwest Rock Tops, where responsibilities involved liaising with clients for custom kitchen and bath renovations, as well as serving as a Customer Service Specialist at CMS of Madison. Scott's educational background includes studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Madison Area Technical College.

Public Health Madison and Dane County’s (PHMDC) vision is “Healthy People. Healthy Places.” and its mission is to “Work with the community to enhance, protect, and promote the health of the environment and the well being of all people.” PHMDC fulfills its mission through its work on environmental health, community health, operations, health equity, and policy. PHMDC is increasing its focus on working with the community to address the root causes of disease and illness by focusing on policy, systems, and environmental changes.
