Deepa Mankikar has a diverse work experience in the public health sector. Deepa is currently working as the Director of Public Health Programs at the Public Health Management Corporation since 2023. Prior to this, they held the same role at the National Nurse-Led Care Consortium from 2022 to 2023 where they oversaw various public health grant programs and initiatives, including a CDC-funded Vaccine Confidence Project and a patient engagement initiative. Before that, they worked as a Senior Program Manager at the same organization from 2020 to 2022, overseeing the Safe and Healthy Homes Program and managing a patient engagement initiative funded by PCORI. Deepa Mankikar obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Later, they pursued a Master of Public Health in Environmental and Occupational Health at Drexel University from 2013 to 2015.
