Kelly Feighan

Kelly Feighan has over 20 years of experience in the field of education research and evaluation. Kelly has held various roles throughout their career, including Director of the Division of Teaching & Learning at Public Health Management Corporation, where they lead a team in conducting educational research and evaluation. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Executive Director at Research for Better Schools, where they led the development and implementation of evaluations and conducted policy studies and statistical analyses. Kelly has also worked as an Evaluation Associate at the Center for Research in Human Development & Education, Temple University, and as a Researcher at the US Census Bureau. Kelly started their career as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Maryland and as a Research Associate at Philadelphia Health Management Corporation. Throughout their career, Kelly has demonstrated expertise in research design, data analysis, and providing technical assistance to clients.

Kelly Feighan completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Sociology at Temple University in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Maryland in 2000.
