Ryan Miller

Ryan Miller is the Director at Public Health Solutions. Ryan has also worked with Malk Partners as a Partner from May 2014 to August 2021. With over $450 billion in assets under management, Malk Partners is a boutique management consultancy that works exclusively with alternative investment firms and their portfolio companies to create and protect value through environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and Impact management. In their work at Malk, Ryan has advised on transactions representing over $300 billion in equity commitments on the subject of ESG risks and opportunities. Ryan has also developed and helped implement an ESG metric reporting system to drive value creation, built ESG programs for alternative investors representing greater than $100 billion in assets under management, advised an impact fund on its inaugural raise, including framework development, screening approach, due diligence procedure, and marketing materials, served as a subject matter expert to industry initiatives including the GIIN's impact frameworks on climate change mitigation, quality jobs, and sustainable agriculture, and been quoted as an expert on ESG in Private Equity by the Wall Street Journal, Private Funds Management, Fundfire, International Securities Services Magazine, and Dow Jones Private Equity.

Ryan Miller graduated from Pomona College with a degree in environmental analysis and economics. Ryan then went on to pursue a career in environmental analysis, economics, and politics.
