Daphne Archilla is the Senior Director of Registry Services & Customer Operations at Public Interest Registry. Daphne has over fifteen years of experience in the telecommunications industry, having worked for both Sprint and NEXTEL.
At Sprint, Daphne was responsible for leading the sprint.com marketing team and improving the shop experience for business customers. Daphne also led the mobile customer validation process, which saved the company $1.8 million. In addition, they oversaw key projects and clients, ensuring timely completion within the allocated budget.
At NEXTEL, Daphne was the Senior Manager responsible for a team of 16 management personnel. Daphne was responsible for performing pricing analysis, legal coordination, implementation, and lifecycle reporting. Daphne also negotiated and finalized contracts for all general business accounts, which generated more than $20 million in annual sales. In addition, they supervised team management of the RFP process while working collaboratively with Marketing to develop and execute lead generation programs.
Daphne Archilla has a Masters in Business Administration from Meredith College and a degree in Political Science from Virginia Tech, where they also completed minors in Economics and Spanish.
Daphne Archilla reports to Jonathon Nevett, President & CEO. They work with Rick Wilhelm - CTO, Inmaculada del Rosal Mendez - Senior Director, Channel Services, and Graeme Bunton - Senior Director, DNS Abuse Policy & Outreach. Sherry Hildebrand - Manager, Customer Experience & Operations, John David - Manager, Compliance & Customer Operations report to Daphne Archilla.
