Andy Richardson

Andy Richardson is the current CTO at PUBLIC. Andy has held this position since January 2015. Prior to that, they were the VP of Technology at Thomson Reuters from August 2011 to January 2015. In this role, they were responsible for driving the company's continued growth and maintaining the rapid pace of change. Andy also led the Risk division's technology delivery of all strategic new developments, including the award-winning Accelus World Check One and Accelus Regulatory Intelligence.

Richardson has extensive experience in building up development, QA, UX, and architecture teams. Andy spearheaded the migration to agile development and refined and implemented an improved SDLC. Andy also led the adoption of extensive automated testing and github across many distributed development teams. On the corporate level, they represented the division on the Open Source and developer tooling committees.

Richardson is a highly respected leader in the Technology industry and is known for their innovative and forward-thinking approach to problem-solving. Andy is dedicated to their work and is always looking for ways to improve the process and delivery of technology products and services.

Andy Richardson holds a Master of Science in Computer Studies from Sheffield Hallam University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Hull.
