Benjy Cox

Benjy Cox is currently the Talent & Culture Manager at PUBLIC, a position they have held since 2017. Prior to this, they were a Senior Consultant at GatenbySanderson from 2014 to 2017, and before that, a Services Manager at Kendric Ash from 2004 to 2008. In their current role, Benjy is responsible for partnering with local authorities to implement and manage cultural challenges, drive efficiencies and assist them to achieve sustainable service excellence.

Benjy Cox has a 2:1 from Sheffield Hallam University in BA Hons Public Policy and Management. Benjy also has certification from the APM Group in MSP Practitioner and MSP Foundation.

Benjy Cox reports to Daniel Korski, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Alexander de Carvalho - Co-Founder & CIO, Natasha Wren - Head of Communications, and Daniel Fitter - Client Delivery Lead.
