Julie Michlal

Julie Michlal is a Senior Associate in Digital & Data at PUBLIC since May 2021 and has also held the position of Associate in the same field. In September 2023, Julie became a member of the Center for AI and Digital Policy. As a Co-Founder of leep impact from May 2021 to October 2023, Julie contributed to developing a values-oriented labor market matching solution supported by notable incubators. Prior experience includes roles as a Program Associate and Research Coordinator at Justice Base, a Fellow at the Slade Gorton Policy Center of the National Bureau of Asian Research, and as an Academic Writing Tutor and Research Assistant at the University of Washington. Julie holds a Master's degree in Global Governance from the University of Oxford, a place in the Accelerate Cambridge Programme at Cambridge Judge Entrepreneurship Centre, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Philosophy (Honors) from the University of Washington.
