Ned Burns is currently a Senior Health Associate at PUBLIC since December 2021. Prior to this role, Ned held the position of Senior Business Development Specialist at RTI International from June 2015 to December 2021, where Ned focused on the Global Health Division. Before RTI International, Ned worked as a Program Officer at FHI 360 from 2012 to 2015, with a focus on Governance, Peacebuilding, and Civil Society. Additionally, Ned has experience as a Project Manager at Hankins & Johann from 2011 to 2012. Ned holds a Master of Science in Health Policy, Planning, and Financing from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and the London School of Economics and Political Science.
