Anne Emiko Yamamoto

Anne Emiko Yamamoto has extensive experience in research operations and community engagement, currently serving as Research Operations Manager at the Public Policy Institute of California since March 2022, after a previous role as Research Administrative Assistant. Prior to this, Anne held positions such as Fundraising and Development Associate at Anderson Political and Campaign Staff for Vilaska for Supervisor 2020. Additional experience includes serving as Community Affairs Associate at the Division of Adult Parole Operations and Community Relations Associate at Alliance for CHANGE. An early career included roles such as Community Affairs Intern at Open Door Legal and Legal Intern at Jubilee Immigration Advocates. Anne holds a Master's degree in International/Global Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Legal Studies, both from the University of San Francisco, supplemented by earlier education at Westmont College and Pacific Bay Christian School.
