Daniel P. is a seasoned researcher with extensive experience in public policy analysis and evaluation. Currently a Researcher at the Public Policy Institute of California, Daniel focuses on higher education policies and labor market issues in California. Prior engagements include consulting for The World Bank on green financing in Bangladesh and contributing to political economy analyses on transboundary water management and agricultural development for foreign government missions. Daniel has held research positions at the University of California, Berkeley, and Fedesarrollo in Colombia, contributing to assessments of productivity programs and trade agreements.
