Khalil Delacerna

Khalil DeLaCerna is an experienced Salesforce Administrator currently employed at the Public Policy Institute of California since March 2019, demonstrating expertise in user support, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and designing custom objects to enhance workflow efficiency.
