Evi Tsouni

Evi Tsouni has extensive work experience in the energy sector, starting as an Energy Broker at EnergyQuote JHA. Evi then moved on to become an Assistant Energy Manager, gaining expertise in supply opportunity assessment and customer relationship management. Later, they joined HERON, where they held various roles, including Head of Customer Relationship Management/Sales Tools and Billing Manager, overseeing large-scale billing operations. Currently, Evi serves as the Director of Customer Experience at PPC S.A., where they lead efforts to enhance customer interactions and satisfaction.

Evi Tsouni completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management and Technology from the University of Piraeus in 2006. Evi then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Energy Economics and Policy from the University of Surrey in 2007.
