PUBLIC PRACTICE
Oliver Boaler is an experienced professional in the fields of architecture and placemaking, currently serving as Placemaking Manager within the Culture and Placemaking Team at Rochdale Development Agency and as an Associate at PUBLIC PRACTICE, both since October 2022. Oliver is also the founder of WHOLE Publishing, an ethical publishing house, and author of the vegetarian cookbook "Let's Eat Less Meat." Previous roles include Architect and Part 2 Architectural Assistant at Bennetts Associates, Part 2 Architectural Designer at Mecanoo, and studio co-tutor at Cardiff University's Welsh School of Architecture, where a focus was placed on sustainable design through the ZERO IMPACT initiative. Oliver holds a Post Graduate Diploma and a Master's Degree in Architecture from Cardiff University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in the same field.
